I've Been Napstered!

Some thief has put a copy of my Visual C++ 5 book online. Now, it certainly wasn't my best book, but it really pisses me off that people seem to think that anything digital is free. I wonder if the person that posted my book has any cool stuff I can come by and steal? And mine isn't the only book - there seem to be several other pirated texts on the page. And no, I'm not handing out the link...
