What if I just Reverse-Engineer Outlook...

Rick Segal is giving away a Porsche to the first MSFT employee that fixes a problem in Outlook. Although I'd really like a Porsche, I think the hiring process for MS might slow me down (plus I'd probably need to quit my current job at Neudesic, which would be a non-starter.) So I wonder if it would be okay to reverse engineer Outlook and patch it?
